New Furnace, Air Conditioner and Water Heater
We needed a new a/c, furnace and water heater so I got 3 quotes. The reps from 2 of the companies spent a total of about 15 min and didn't really spend the time to explain everything and give me options. Then Cy from Spring Home came and assessed the situation looked everything over very thoroughly, then we sat down to discuss my options. Cy recommended that I go with a different model furnace and gave me the reasons why, yes it was a little more money but from the info I was given it seemed to be worth it. Oh and that all took an hour and a half. Well I can say now that I am very happy that I took his advise. Yes it cost a little more but it's so quite (live in a small bungalow and sound travels well)and there aren't cold spot in the house like there use to be. Gary and his crew who came to do the install were totally professional and customer oriented. They laid down a tarp to protect the floor before they started and cleaned up well afterwards. They also made sure to show me where everything would go, intake, exhaust & a/c lines prior to starting as well as making sure the A/C unit was properly set on the slab and level. Having a mechanical background myself(and a perfectionist) I can be very difficult to please but they succeeded! I would not hesitate to use them again.
