Pete The Plumber

Realized my hot water heater was leaking. We had two water heaters as we have heated floors in the basement. Only Pete the Plumber (Jason) came in a let me know my existing set up was no longer to code and that I required new permits and a whole new set up. He was able to explain the requirements (provided me with the complaince guidelines), the benefits of thenew system and I even decided to get a water softener (my idea).

It was alot of money, so I brought in two other plumbing companies to provide estimates. Neither were as knowledgeable as Jason, they were not aware of the code requirements and quoted me 33% higher than the Pete the Plumber estimate to replace just one heater.

Had I not spoken with Pete the Plumber first, I would have paid a lot of money, my water heating systemn would not have been to code and I would not have passed a house inspection (if I were to sell). Plus, when they took out the second tank, they realized it was also broken and was pushing dirty water from the floors into the second heating system.

They came on time, spent the whole day, did a brilliant job and left my home as clean as it was before they arrived. They also arranged for the new permits I required and set up the inspection from the city on my behalf.

I just had the inspector in from the City on Wednesday and he was impressed with the quality of the workmanship. I am delighted with the service, the honestly and the excellent customer service. I will not use another plumber but Pete the Plumber from here on out.
