A very classless company. I ordered my fireplace (Top Vent) and also ordered Stone for the wall enclosure. When the Fireplace arrived they had ordered the wrong Vent Pipe. I had to wait for the correct one to arrive. A few days after ordering the stone we found a different stone that we liked. I went to the store to explain that we had found this new stone. I asked them to change my order. They said that they could not order the stone that I wanted. I then wanted to cancel my stone order and go somewhere else. The stone had not even arrived and they refused to give me back all of my money. I paid $800 for the stone. They would only give me back $600 even though the order had not even arrived. DO NOT TRUST this company.

Just purchased a new furnace/ AC from Air Solutions after calling a few local contractors over the weekend with no heat. Air Solutions was the only company that answered and showed up. I was suprised that most other HVAC did not return my call and the remaining few others called after the weekend. These guys are truly "24 Hours" on duty. Thank you. Bob
