A very classless company. I ordered my fireplace (Top Vent) and also ordered Stone for the wall enclosure. When the Fireplace arrived they had ordered the wrong Vent Pipe. I had to wait for the correct one to arrive. A few days after ordering the stone we found a different stone that we liked. I went to the store to explain that we had found this new stone. I asked them to change my order. They said that they could not order the stone that I wanted. I then wanted to cancel my stone order and go somewhere else. The stone had not even arrived and they refused to give me back all of my money. I paid $800 for the stone. They would only give me back $600 even though the order had not even arrived. DO NOT TRUST this company.

We apologize for your dissatisfaction with Air Solutions unfortunately we were unaware of your concerns as you have not directed your complaint to the office. Please understand that it is company policy to take a deposit for all custom work as the dimensions or materials are not stock items and must be special ordered for each customer. Once an order is placed it is very difficult to change or cancel the order, especially days later, without penalty. Air Solutions does not manufacture or stock stone, any canceled order is subject to a restocking or cancelation fees from the supplier.
