Purchased a furnace/ AC and ductwork for our rental propriety to replace an old radiant bowler system. The the staff and sales person were outstanding. They kept a good line of communication with the tenants and myself during the 3 week period. The installation was also deemed excellent by the Enbridge representative that came to turn on the new gas installation. I am also having a tankless water heater installed at my house soon. We needed to change our furnace, we found air solutions on the internet. They responded to us very quickly. The very next day we had our new furnace and have rebates on the way. Because of their good work we will use them again.

We had Air Solutions install our new humidifier. The technician arrived on time. He was friendly and advised us of a problem with our ductwork and fixed the issue at no additional cost. We will use air solutions again for all our heating and cooling needs

My furnace quit working over my Christmas holidays and Air Solutions was able to squeeze an installation in on the day before New Year's. I am not sure how they managed it, but everything from start to finish was done in about four hours! And my home was nice and toasty warm in time for my New Year's Eve party. I can't thank the boys enough!

My husband was away on business and wouldn't you know it, the furnace breaks down! I called Air Solutions and they sent out the service guy in less than 3 hours. It was a bit of a tricky fix, he was back and forth exchanging parts and trying a couple different things, He really gave it his all. It turned out that it was a tricky little electrical problem that was tough to catch, but a new board fixed the whole thing. I really appreciate the effort that the technician took and the time he spent, any other company would have given up long before they found the problem and just told me to call back when it is happening, but not Jake, he stayed until the problem was totally fixed. I couldn't be more impressed with the dedication and workmanship. Thanks Air Solutions

Last week I bought a furnace and air conditioner, it was set to be installed on Monday and on the Friday before, I came into the office to talk to Steve about my air conditioner. I wasn't sure it was exactly what I wanted, so Steve came to my house to go over some options and I chose a 16 seer instead of the 13 seer that I had already ordered. I also added a humidifier to the order. Even with all of these changes late Friday afternoon, the boys were still at my house to put in the furnace and air conditioner on Monday morning. Even though I had made changes to the order, Air Solutions was somehow able to manage the changes without putting a hiccup into the schedule. I can't tell you how relieved I was when Monday came and all the equipment was there - I was going on vacation and this was the last thing I needed to get done before I left. It would have been a shame to have to wait until I returned just to have the air conditioner put it, luckily I didn't have to worry about that. The boys were in and out by early afternoon and they even swept my furnace room floor when they were done because they were worried about some metal shavings from the ductwork changes. And the ladies in office even handled the rebates for me. Thank you for making everything worry free from start to finish.

OMG OMG, run as fast as you can from this business!!1 We were sold the project by the sales man Mitch. We gave our $6000,00 deposit and they were scheduled to start last week.
We waited for them to show up and about 10:00 a.m. we called to ask where their guys were? They said our job had been post pone'd till March 1.
No one even called us to let us know or we would have cancelled, which after realizing that no one could do it, because Mitch the sales person, the installer, quit so we asked for our deposit back. The owner Steve gave us a cheque which when we tried to cash but the funds were not in their account.My husband went back to their show room on Hopkins and asked again how we were going to be paid? Steve persuaded him to give him 1 more chance and said they would show up Monday with everything. He promised over and over again we would not be disappointed again!! Monday came and again no show all day until Steve at 4:00 p.m. with a fire place and a few parts for it! No where near $6000.00 worth of materials. No one came to install anything!!!
Again we have been told that someone will show up in the morning, and believe you me we are not holding our breath!!!!
I have in all my years in business, as well as doing home renovations been so disappointed by a company. The stories, the excuses......We do not know how this will turn out but it has put all our worker's, plumber's dry wall guys on hold as well as a huge financial loss thus far.
