Classic Fireplace and BBQ Store

I was requesting for servicing my gas fireplace by Classic Fireplace company. I'm so happy for their outstanding service and work from Rick and many thanks for Barbz giving me very kind customer service. My fireplace was installed by them in 2014 and Rick was the master of doing a great job for me. I'm thrilled having such a great connection with a company who takes responsibility for their products. I'm a very happy customer of Classic Fireplace and BBQ Store in Scarborough.

I was in the market for an outdoor fireplace and thought I would try my luck with this company. From the very first interaction I received top notch customer service from Terry. I was looking for the Dekko line of outdoor fireplaces and ordered the Serenade model. I was also looking for a delivery and installation which this company provides. The delivery team of Ben and John provided excellent service and the Gas technician Rick was amazing as well. I cant wait to purchase future items for this company. Big thank you to Terry who really want above and beyond to ensure everything went well (including double checking to order fulfillment time with the manufacturer prior to the purchase). The fireplace arrived exactly on time and we are absolutely loving it :)

The customer service is amazing from everyone we dealt with.
Bruce who spoke with us several times to provide us with the best product for our space. Josh who came to assess the existing unit to ensure a smooth install. To the install team including Kyle who worked with the contractor onsite to resolve a small install issue .They were courteous, professional and cleaned up after words. Edward who dealt with my many questions over the phone/in person and provided information and update as necessary.
We've purchased here before and will be back for the basement reno!!

I went to the classic fireplace store at Rylander blvd. Bruce was a great help in the store. I have Ben, John and Ricky installed a Napoleon BBQ for me. I have to say that I am very pleased and impressed by their professionality and their service. Great, fast and clean service. two thumps up

Our salesperson, Terry, answered all our questions and gave us a firm quote and follow-up service. Our installers, Kyle & Connor, did a fast and accurate job....and answered all our questions, too. Everyone was on time, professional and friendly. It felt GREAT to support a LOCAL & family-owned business.

Searching around the city for the best possible deal with "white glove" service and I can tell you that the big shops didn't care and the little ones tried. When I got to Classic, they proved it. Their sales, installation, and post sales customer service (buying or just inquiring) was exceptional. I don't care if you are on the opposite side of the city as Classic, I'd suggest paying for their service delivery and installation, you will not be disappointed and it's more than worth the price.

Classic Fireplace installed a Valor fireplace this spring at my place. We are very happy with the process and the final product. There was demolition involved of the massive stone works surrounding the previous wood fireplace. From initial contact with Josh, the owner to Edward, the salesperson, to the demolition team and finally the installation team. Everyone is professional and fast. Special thanks to Edward, who answers my many questions and is very nice from start to finish. Thank you for a job well done

We purchased a Napoleon Prestige 500 from Classic Fireplace. We worked closely with Edward who was by far the most pleasant, professional, accommodating and kind person ANYONE could deal with—Edward was patient, took time to answer any questions and ensured a smooth process from purchase to delivery.

We also dealt with Thang the warehouse manager who was an absolute pleasure to deal with as well. Thang was beyond accommodating in ensuring our bbq was delivered on time and without any incident amid lockdown concerns.

The service at Classic Fireplace isn’t just good customer service—they’re just good-hearted (and knowledgeable) people who have a passion to help others. Edward, Thang and our delivery techs were consummate professionals who at their core are kind and have a real desire to help others and support their customers.

I bought a Napoleon BBQ from the Rylander location. No pressure sales, great service, highly recommended. The delivery men were outstanding and took the time to explain everything. Service provided is superior to what is offered by any of the big box stores. I am a satisfied customer and will not hesitate to recommend this business.

Dealing with Edward at the store was a pleasure. He is professional, kind and courteous. He answered all our questions and provided the solutions we were looking for.

Also, have to mention the installer Steven. Extremely passionate about his work, professional, very responsive and knows exactly what he’s doing. Didn't have to worry about anything while he was here as he is very detailed oriented and made adjustments where necessary.

I highly recommend Classic Fireplace to anyone in the GTA that is looking for gas fireplace installation, BBQs and gas line service.
