Classic Fireplace and BBQ Store

I had a Valor fireplace installed by Classic Fireplace in 2018 and absolutely loved the look and the ambiance of the fireplace. Earlier this year I encountered a problem and immediately called the company and left a message. A very lovely employee, Bruce, called me back the next morning and walked me through how to resolve the issue. As I was not at home at the time he called, and as he lived in my neigbbourhood, he offered to stop by on his own time and walk me through what needed to be done. He showed up on the weekend - his day off, suggested I schedule an annual maintenance, gave me some tips on ensuring the fireplace stays in good working order. In my opinion that is quite a statement on how a company and its employees value its customers and are dedicated to exceptional customer service.

We are so happy we chose the Scarborough store for our gas fireplace. From the in-store staff, to the owner and finally the installers, we were pleased with all of our interactions. We were provided numerous options and the installers were friendly, clean (covering all surfaces and even vacuuming when done) and professional. We are thrilled with the outcome and have no regrets about the value of our purchase.

Supply and install gas fireplace, mantle and Hearth. Professional, excellent Installation and service. Very knowledgable and a pleasure to work with at all stages of my project. Will definitely be using them again! Really top notch all around.

Very professional. Zack came out (was even early) and cleaned my Napoleon gas fireplace. Runs much better now. I would definitely recommend this company. Price of 158 including hst was very reasonable. Took about 35 minutes.

Highly recommend these guys. I don't usually take the time to post reviews, but these guys earned. I wanted a gas fireplace installed in my basement. I tried to get multiple quotes, but most other companies could not even manage to return my calls, or give me a quote.
Terry at the shop was professional, knowledgeable, and honest (told me what I did NOT need to get).
Steve (I think) the installer was clean and professional. Work mats laid out from front door to work area. Cleaned up, timely and courteous.

I spent 2 months trying to get other companies to even give me a decent quote. Classic is professional, and I highly recommend them.

Classic Fireplace did an excellent job with renovations to replace our old wood fireplace with a gas fireplace. The owner Josh is very knowledgeable and his team is skilled and professional in their trade. They all provided excellent customer service. Special thanks for a job well done! Awesome guys! Bruce and the rest of the staff have been super helpful at the store and via email, regarding the quotes and options available to me. Someone came by very quickly to assess the installation and actual cost, then 2 certified installers came a few weeks after (some wait due to start of winter and Xmas break, but that's understandable) came and get it all set up in about 4 hours, everything was extremely clean and beautiful result

I called Classic Fireplace just before christmas and they promised to call after the holidays. To be honest I didn't expect to hear from them but immediately after the holidays I received a call, had the appointment booked and Zack showed up on time and was amazing. We had not used our fireplace for several years and could not get the pilot on. Zack fixed the problem quickly, the repair was done cleanly and our fireplace has never looked better. Wonderful service, Zack was extremely knowledgeable I would highly recommend Classic Fireplace.
