We bought our washer from Handy Appliances a few years ago and when we needed a dryer we knew where to go. I had told the receptionist that when I called the last time it took a while for a sales person to call me back and by then I was out. The next time she made sure a sales person called me back asap and Lawrence called me back. He was really helpful and quick. He found a commercial coin operated dryer for me and offered a great warranty package. My invoice and receipts were emailed to me right away and we get to pick it up earlier than I thought.
