I purchased 4 matching, LG black stainless appliances from the London store in March and had them delivered in May. The fridge was dead on arrival and my complaint is that no one - LG or Goemans, would take responsibility. Me, the customer, was forced to call each company NUMEROUS times over a 10 day period before LG said they'd refund Goemans the cost of the fridge so I could choose another or get my money back (I couldn't do that as I had to match the other appliances - I NEEDED this fridge). I left two messages with the London manager to contact me and he never did. I wasted so much time and had so much frustration and can't believe the customer was forced to make so many calls. One call should have been made and the problem dealt with.
What a bad experience.....
