Goemans appliance Company provides the worse service
Let me do you all a big favour so you won't go through the horrific service we have gone through with Goemans appliances
They will sell you appliances and tell you how fantastic their service is. Forget about it, their service is non existent
If something goes wrong with your appliance they will NOT stand behind it.
In fact they will make your life difficult . This is what they do best. Instead of providing customer service they are keen on stalling you, making excuses, and doing everything possible to not provide you with the service that you require from defective product.
They delivered me a wall oven that was not working the time it was delivered.We called and they said they would send a technician and they never did. What Goemans does is avoid everything possible to please and do right by the customer. They have acquired skills in avoidance and doing everything possible to inconvenience you and not replace or fix your defective appliance.
Four weeks later after dozens of calls and them hanging up on us for merely asking for a replacement. They gave us the OLD RUN AROUND and they are so good at that. This company from the top down instructs their employees to never replace or fix your broken or defective appliance. They are so good at that and really they do not care about the customer once they have sold you the appliance. They do the opposite of what you expect a good company to do. They seem to pride themselves on avoiding any service at all after they sell you the product.They will do everything and anything to not provide satisfactory customer service.
We were without an oven for 2 months !!!!!
They would not stand behind their product. It was not until Jenn Air from head office in Michigan stepped in and ordered them to replace our oven immediately.
OHHH it gets worse!!!!!
They were so vengeful that on delivery day they delivered it and then proclaimed that the existing oven was not placed outside the door. So they took the new oven back and refused delivery. They refused to come in the house to take the oven away and replace it. So they left without delivering the exchange oven that was given to then by Jenn Air in the USA. I am not sure how they get away with such policies. They have obviously become proficient at providing ZERO customer service. They literally go out of their way to aggravate you, inconvenience you and hope you will just go away. Their stalling tactics are clearly obvious judging from my experiences with them.
They are such a poor company with Zero customer service and proficiency in selling you a product and then not standing behind it. I have never experienced any other company that uses these tactics but Goemans. Stay clear away from this company. You are better off buying appliances anywhere else but here to avoid these bad experiences. Its not worth the aggravation believe you me...

I have no vested interest but to warn you all and tell you the TRUTH about Goemans based on personal experience and spending over $35,000 of appliances and getting zero customer service.
