I purchased an Kitchen Aid appliance pkg for my new house. Goemans was to deliver them 3 days prior to moving in. When the fridge came in they took the doors off. When they put them back on they were badly warped. The delivery people heaved on them for a while despite the warning not to do that but couldn't right the doors. It was sent back and we were told we would get a new one sent back.
After 3 weeks of no fridge we are now waiting for our 5th fridge to be delivered in two days. We have taken multiple days off work for deliveries and each time the "new" fridge arrives damaged. Despite being promised the new fridges would be inspected PRIOR to delivery, the last one arrived rusty with a dent in the door. I paid for a new fridge and am being treated like they are doing me a favour by wasting my time delivering these defective fridges. They wanted me to keep one of the rusty fridges and have it repaired! Goemans shouldn't be in the appliance business if they can't handle inspecting appliances prior to delivery. Don't waste your money with this "high end" store.
