The process was very fast and simple. Email sent to company - salesman/estimator was in contact within a few days with an estimate and yen that work started few days later. Everyone I dealt with was professional and knowledgeable
My parents used Otto Masonary about 10 years ago to fix their chimney. The work was very good and parents were happy 10 years ago.
Overall. A great company that is quick and reliable and knows their work I would recommend
