Renato is the best. Last year he installed our new furnace in a rush situation & still gave us a great deal. This year he phoned on his own, without us calling to remind him, to schedule an appointment for our FREE annual furnace cleaning, maintenance, etc. He showed up right on time, & as always, was clean, courteous, knowledgeable & friendly. A short time later we had a spotless, perfectly running furnace & humidifier with fresh filters. A few days later we had a couple of questions for Renato. As always he answered the phone & patiently took the time to respond to all of our queries. It's very difficult to find service like that these days. Kudos & thank you, Renato.
