My over 20 years + water heater and aircondition at lake Simcoe on Georgina cottage was already a few years repair/exchange overdue. I have shopped around and Renato was recommended to me by my family friend. All other contractors were asking me for a gas surcharge to come to the cottage for the estimate. When I called Renato he showed up for a weekend on time and he was the only one that did not asked any reimbursement for gas. He checked the aircondition and water heater and gave me the great price as well he broke down all the cost and plan when and how it is going to be done. At the scheduled date May 11 he showed up at my cottage with his technician. They did all the work professionally. He checked my furnace as well free of charge and even did some cleaning and filter change. Before they left everything was cleaned. I strongly recommend Renato for any HVAC projects and will be recommending Renato to all my friends and family.
