Shakhil (sp?) the technician came early, removed the latrine, deodorized the area and advised me to how to keep the area unattractive to racoons. Very thankful the racoon latrine is all gone!
Racoon Latrine Removal
Very nice people, but are definitely not professionals in racoon latrine removal. I was horrified when I saw the technician walking through our house with the same boots and shovel he used on our flat roof to get rid of the racoon poop. I asked him if he could use his ladder at the beginning but insisted that he go though the house to the roof to do the removal, thus went back through the house after without putting his boots nor shovel in a plastic bag. Now I have to get our carpets and floors professionally steam cleaned to get any microscopic traces of the dangerous raccoon poop (and the roundworm larvae they carry) completely out of our house, as I have a two toddlers who are now at risk of exposure to the Baylisascaris procyonis larvae which are found in 90% of racoon poop. Very nice people, but very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and knowledge about how dangerous tracking racoon poo into a house is.
