Pest & Animal Control review in Milton

Due to a misunderstanding on my part i realize that there was as second part to my issue at my home. They came back the next day and quickly resolved my issue. Khayyam understood he could not complete my install in the first day and without me realizing they had to come back the next day to finish. He completed all his work to my satisfaction. Because i didn't understand the first day i take responsibility for my previous review. If the company has any issues i recommend them contact me. I am pleased to write this great review.

Wasp Nest Removal

Pest & Animal Control review in Milton

Needed wasp/bee hives removed from around my house. 2 being at the top of my roof line. Only 1 person showed up to which i described they may need 2 on the phone. I walked the man around my house showing him all the areas. He used a 17 foot ladder (which by the way the nest were at least 35 feet up) then proceeded to duct tape (which was mine) a # 2 phillips to a extension pole to jab the nest down. Also since he was by himself i had to help him set up his ladder as well as help anchor him while he was up there ... twice. So now I'm paying to help him remove my nests and giving him supplies to do so. You would assume that they would clean up after themselves but in this case it was left up too me. He left all the wasps nests on the ground all the way around my house. I guess he couldn't be bothered to clean up. Due to the unprofessionalism , being unprepared as well as over priced service i will not be using this company nor recommending them to anyone.
