Raccoon removal over long weekend
It was the first long weekend of this year, I noticed a raccoon family lived in the window well of furnace room.
I called top three in pest control category on Home Stars, two responded and I chose the other one with all 10 ratings and canceled appointment with Pesticon.
Hours later, the other company called and they could not make it due to internal scheduling issue and wanted to reschedule for another week which I couldn't wait obviously. I got hold of Ahmed and explained my situation, Ahmed agreed to come on the same day.
Ahmed's team actually arrived early and quickly finished the job, got the raccoon mother and three babies in the cage safely and sanitize the window well area.
We very much appreciate Pesticon and Ahmed's team for their accommodation and for keeping their promises. Job well done!
