Nick, Kosta, and Ryan did a fantastic job in my master bathroom and I highly recommend them. They tiled the floor, a large walk-in shower with arabesque and chair rail tile, and the bathtub backsplash. They even cut quartz pieces to size for the shower jam. Nick really knows his stuff and came up with great ideas to figure out some tricky issues. They came when they said they would and did the job quickly. They cleaned up every day and had amazing attention to detail. I have absolutely no complaints and am very happy with the job they did.

Kostas and his team at Pinnacle were great. They were very friendly, tidy, cleaned up daily and we had no problem leaving them alone in our house. The scope and timing of the project (partial shower reconstruction) was clearly explained and we were extremely happy with the quality of their work. Kostas and Nick just completed a total renovation of the main bathroom of our home and we could not be happier with the job that they did. The bathroom had not been renovated since the house was builit in 1930. After a fair bit of research on our part, we decided a total gut job was requried. Pinnacle stripped off the plaster to the studs and brick, installed a new radiator across the room from where the old one had been, insulated the walls, applied new drywall, intalled new lights, replaced the tub, sink, medicine cabinet and toilet, tiled all four walls and installed a heated tile floor. We wanted the contractor who had replaced all the other widdows in the house to replace the bathroom window. Pinnacle was able to schedule that contractor so doing so did not cause any delays.
We anticipated all sorts of dust and dirt from the demolition part of the job, but Pinnacle did a great job of sealing off the rest of the house and making sure that any mess was fully clea\ed up before they left each night.
My wife had picked out the three types of tiles she wanted to use (porcelain and glass for the walls and a different poreclain for the floor), before we hired Pinnacle. After explaining the desugn she was after, Kostas was able to make some suggestions as to how to make it work in the available space. His input on the final design (based on years of experinece in the trade) resulted in a much better final product than would have otherwise have been the case. We had a couple of problems with suppliers (who we hired before we hired Pinnacle) who either provided materials later than promised or provided the wrong products entirely. While we were stressed out by the broken promises of these suppliers, Nick and Kostas remained calm throughout. They were able to work around these problems and even suggested effective ways to resolve them. Despite these difficulties, Kostas and Nick complete the job on time and on budget..
As the house is more than 80 years old, there is not a right angle in the entirle bathroom. As a result, we were concerned that the edges of the tile would be uneven and that gaps woudl be visilbe in the grout lines. We should not have worried. The grout lines are all perfectly aligned and so straight so you would never guess that the bathroom is not perfectly square.
In short, if you need some tiling work done call Pinnacle. The quality of their work is outstanding, their prices are competitive and they are great guys to deal with. The only reason we gave them a 10 is that the Homestar rating system does not go any higher.. .

Nick and Kostas recently completed and installation of a 12x24 Travertine in our front foyer, powder room and hallway.

In a word, the work was fantastic. They took great care in ensuring the tile was level, straight and that there was little to no lippage.

I am very pleased that I chose them to do the installation and I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend them.

Those 10 ratings are well deserved. Experienced tradesmen, clean and very respectful of your home and property, I used them once on a suggestion from someone and now I use them for all my tiling needs and as I am an interior designer, my work has to be top notch.

Nick and his brother are real gentleman and an absolute pleasure to know. This is for real, they are really really good and I too give them a well deserved 10.

We hired Pinnacle Marble and Tile to redo the floor in our laundry room and the floor and bathtub area in our main bathroom. The end result was terrific!! Kostas and Nick proved to be perfectionists and really cared about the end result of their work. The 19"x19" tiles we chose for the bathroom floor were installed perfectly level (a very difficult task) and the glass/ porcelain tiles in the bathtub area/ laundry room look fantasic. We definitely would recommend Pinnacle Marble and Tile to anyone.

We had Costa & Nick installed our Kitchen Floor and Backsplash, Entrance floor, Powder Room floor marble tiles this summer June-August 2010. The work is beautifully done leveled and cut with perfection. We are extremely happy with the workmanship and courteous disposition they both have. Being a perfectionist myself, I can highly recommend this company for any tile needs you may have. We chose Pinnacle Marble & Tile for our basement bathroom renovation as we saw samples of the exact same style of flooring on their Homestars site, a seemless floor to walk in shower. We had to wait a few weeks for Kostas to become available but he was absolutely worth the wait. Kostas and Nick are perfectionists and their attention to detail is unmatched by all others I've seen. They are straight shooters and hard workers. Their pricing is reasonable and they stuck to the quote the gave us even though the job required a bit more work. I get nothing but compliments on our bathroom, my husband and I are both so pleased with the results that we would hire these guys again in an instant! I just hope they will be available when we need them!
