Clean My Space

Customer Service is the first and most important aspect to me. Melissa called me directly, follow-ups were prompt and provided answers to my questions. This level of customer service reflected a cleaning service that all details would be handled promptly and in my best interest.

Since they scored high on that with me, then next item is how well can they cleaned.

Here were some of my highlights when I returned home.

1. I can now see the chrome pipe attached to my toilet. Yes, that one way in the back.
2. My microwave vent is actually made of the same black plastic all around. Shocking.
3. My bed has fresh linen that I didn't have to put on.
4. I have no dust behind or under my bed and no dust behind my couch (Believe me, I checked).
5. I can see from underneath my glass end table that there is no dust between it and the pile of books it holds (I checked that, too).
6. She cleaned the crack between my fridge and my wall.

The cleaner was polite and kind. She took my annoying questions in good spirits- e.g. do you pick up things and clean them and put them back? Can you clean under the bed, move the couch, etc.

She worked very quickly so that she could make time to help with my requests- microwave, under the kitchen sink, thorough about the dust and bed area. I dropped by after 2 hrs to pick up my computer and she was almost done the regular cleaning so that she could do that extra bit for me.

I came home to a clean, dust-free bachelor with my cleaning supplies neatly arranged in my cleaning buckets and a note about washing my micro-cloths and mop in the washer.

I was so impressed with her friendliness (She didn't laugh at the corner cramped with junk), thoroughness and professionalism.

This company is for those who know what it means for a home to be actually clean.
