We contracted Clean My Space to clean our new apartment before we moved in. Our landlord was present during the cleaning and reported to us that the cleaning staff were mostly talking and mostly not cleaning.
We returned to find that 90% of the work was incomplete after 6 hours of 2 people cleaning. Cupboards had a layer of grease, cobewebs were everywhere, baseboards were untouched etc...
When we complained to the owner of Clean my Space she refused to accept that her staff had not completed the job and offered 2 hours free cleaning time. Unfortunately it was too late as we were already moving in to the apartment. Not to mention we were unconvinced that another 2 hours cleaning would produce results.
As you can imagine I would not recommend using Clean My Space.

We always encourage clients to contact us to resolve any issue that they are less than impressed with, and it is our duty to right any situation with integrity. That is how we can commit to upholding excellent service standards. We have cleaned thousands of suites for people just moving in to their units and always work with extreme detail and care, as can be ascertained from the reviews that we have earned. This situation was unfortunate, since there were a number of factors that hindered the cleaning. We attempted to resolve this with the client and his wife a number of times by offering extra hours of cleaning as part of our guarantee, however the client chose to not take us up on our offer to make things right. Once the client decides they are not interested in allowing us to better a situation, we have to let it go and wish them well. We have a reputation to maintain and do everything we can to protect it by working very hard. We sincerely hope that those reading the reviews understand that no company is perfect, but at Clean My Space, we offer clients the opportunity to be heard and have their issue resolved. What is done after that is in the hands of the client.
