The builder's quality of the workmanship is terrbile. Both the exterior and the interior of the house was delivered with visible and severe faults/damages. Sever items such as falling bricks and cracks on the porch an movind steps, buckeled hardwood floors, extensive Paint spills were found in the Pre Delivery inspection.
