Very bad experience with this company, they made many mistakes from the beginning to the end also didn't fix very well. bad planning and management. They left me an unfinished project.

My new closet doors and organizers were just installed today, and I am delighted! I have more than enough room for all my clothes and my dressing room looks great. I have recommended this company to my sister, and I will be contacting them again myself to help me with my front hall closet and my son's bedroom closet.
Maureen came to my home for a consultation, and quickly designed just the right closet solution for my needs. She gave great advice on closet door options to coordinate with some existing, old mirror doors, and provided a very competitive quote. She also followed up to ensure that the installation date was booked, after the person who does the bookings took a little longer than expected to contact me. Troy, the installer, arrived promptly on the appointed day, and was efficient and friendly.
These folks are very pleasant to deal with, the products I purchased are attractive and very functional, and the pricing is reasonable.

Working with JJHP was easy and worry-free. They delivered exactly what they proposed. Our only issue was that they were quite busy so it was somewhat challenging to get their workers in in a timely fashion that also suited our schedule. Other than that, they did great and their quote was quite reasonable.

We had all the closets in the house done. 4 large walk in closets. 1 linen closet and 2 entry closets. Excellent job, Maureen helped us choosing the right set up for our needs. Very helpful, the delivery and installation was on time. I recommended this company to my sister. Both her and her husband were happy too.. Their prices are also reasonable.

My contractor used this company to install a glass enclosure in 2005. The door no longer shuts properly because the silicone adhering the glass has worn. I have recently learned that the glass panel should have been secured using clamp or u-channel. So far they have indicated that they will not accept responsibility for the incorrect installation. When I expressed a safety concern I was told "If the glass does break it would shatter in small pieces so as not to cause injury." Glass shattering while someone is in the shower won't cause injury?!

Poor experience where I was accused of not knowing their internal codes for products. The wrong model sliding door was brought the day of the installation so they did not complete the install. They insisted I ordered the sliding door I received. I signed for a bottom sliding door, mirrored, with the dimensions but they say I should have told them to explicitly write E track on the order. The sales rep then agreed to install the doors I wanted. Three days later she called back and said they wouldn’t honour the agreement and I had to take the other model or get a refund. In addition, the installer was 4 hours late.

WE had different things installed by this company...and came back to them more than once. I have nothing bad to say about them. They give you a detailed design for closets, everything even doors or simple shelves get to be on a drawing with dimensions and estimate. Once you sign it, they install very quickly and very well. Installers do a great job, it definitely shows that it's been professionally installed. They're also very pleasant people, and their fees are very reasonable.

Purchased four sets of mirror closets. Very professional, looks great, trouble-free installation by technician. Prompt and clean. Simple and easy, just gave measurements and everything came exactly as described. No complaints, highly recommend. Customers service was great throughout.

Our master bedroom closet required extensive change. JJ Home Products provided an experienced sales person to design and price a custom solution. Concepts were reviewed and approved by us prior to ordering. 4 weeks, and a small deposit later, a professional installer arrived on site to compete the work. Clean, efficient and accurate. Excellent value for the money spent.
