The floor installers from Frontier did a terrific job installing laminate flooring in my condo. They were professional and very helpful and left the place clean and tidy when the job was done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have their floors redone.

Frontier flooring recently installed laminate floors in both my bedrooms (approx. 585 Sqft). They provided exception customer service, their installation staff was quick, professional, and courteous. They finished in one day and the job was just beautiful. The products they sell are are all top of the line and look great when installed. We would definitely consider them again if we have another wood flooring project. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Frontier Flooring was amazing from start to finish! Not only were they pleasant to deal with, but they also made our reflooring project as stress-free as possible. The floors look amazing and the workmanship is neat and tidy down to the last detail.

Also, when I found one board in the floor that I felt looked out of place, they came and replaced it at no extra charge, even though there was really no major problem with it other than the fact that I thought it looked odd. They didn't have to do this, but they wanted to make sure we were fully satisfied. We definitely are and will recommend them to all our friends.

In addition, we shopped around before choosing Frontier Flooring and we found that their prices are much lower than most places.

After a few trips to the store to view their extensive line of products, we choose Frontier Flooring to install prefinished wooden
flooring in our Family room. They were very patient with our questions in the Showroom, knowledgeable & straightforward with what they thought would be good choices for us to make. I was impressed and felt confident when I finally ordered. On the installation day, the installers were very considerate, in fact, we noticed on delivery the day before that one of the boards had a fault. When I advised that I was concerned about that, they assured me that they would not use any boards that they were not prepared to use in their own homes.
They did a great job, we are delighted with our new family room floor

Frontier Flooring did an incredible job with our hardwood floors. They are amazingly professional, respectful and efficient. We were thoroughly impressed with the company owners, the installers, and the operations manager, Peter, who was a very detail oriented perfectionist. The staff not only performed a stellar job, but consistently explained the details of our various options throughout the process. It was not only a renovation affair, but a definitely a learning experience too. I would recommended them to anyone. They do fabulous work at a competitive rate and treat their clients with respect by keeping us in the loop throughout the reno process.

From the beginning, Rob at Frontier made me feel comfortable about choosing flooring for my place, which was a complicated situation in terms of colour. He presented me several beautiful and practical options that were in my budget, and estimation and work began EXACTLY when he said they would. Both the estimator and the installers came right on time, and the installers did a wonderful job (complicated install: herringbone floor is glued-down and takes a long time), were very polite, and left my house cleaner than how it had been when they came in. Plus, they finished half a day earlier than estimated! I now have the most beautiful floor I've ever seen. Thank you, Frontier Flooring!

My wife and I purchased a resale condo about 8 months ago. This winter we noticed the laminate flooring in the main room was "bubbling" in the middle. We thought it might be water damage, but weren't completely sure as it was in the middle of the floor.

We had the building manager and three flooring contractors look at the floor - all thought it was the result of a poorly installed floor - understandable since the floor was indeed poorly installed.

After getting several estimates, we selected Frontier to replace the floor. Two Frontier employees showed up right on time on the scheduled day and began ripping up the old floor. It was soon obvious the damage had been caused by water leaking in from the balcony. Since the concrete base was wet and there was a leak that needed to be sealed, the installers left and told us to call back when everything was fixed.

We sealed the leak and re-scheduled with Frontier. Again, the Frontier employees showed up on time and quickly completed the job.

The floor looks great, Frontier was very responsive whenever we called and the employees were extremely professional.

We chose Frontier Flooring because of their ten stars and they certainly proved their rating. The whole experience was smooth and hassle-free. From the start they listened and answered all our questions and gave excellent advice. They always returned phone calls and emails and arrived on time at our home. Peter clearly explained how the job would be done when he came to measure. Our house is over one hundred years old and nothing is level. Frontier Flooring leveled our floors and laid the new bamboo and the results are fantastic. We are so very happy and would recommend them to everyone. I purchased my first home in February and got flooring quotes from a few places downtown as well as Frontier. Their prices are MUCH more reasonable than what you can find downtown and I found the Frontier team to be honest, helpful, and very knowledgeable! Also, they got the job done in one day!
