Avery's quote was more expensive than another company that I called but I decided to go with him because he told me that if my carpet will show stains after his cleaning and it doesn't require his big machine to clean them, he'll come back and clean them free of charge. After his crew left and the carpet dried, I noticed a few places where the stains came back up. I tried calling him several times and left some messages. Although his voice mail says to leave a message and he'll get back to you within 90 minutes, I did not hear back from him. When I finally did get through after a few days, he told me he'd get back to me in the next few days and set up a time to come back. It's been over a month now and I have yet to hear back from him. Although aside from the spots that are still stained, the rest of the carpet was done well, I dont feel I was dealt with honestly or in a trust worthy manner:(

I am truly sorry that we dropped the ball in our follow up service. At the outset , we clearly stated and pointed out to the client that some stains would not come out as the carpet was 3 years old, never been cleaned , was installed before Covid and had numerous people living in the house at various times. The homeowner admittedly stated that she had no idea as to what some of the stains were caused by.
All that being said, we have been in contact with the homeowner, and we are scheduled to go back in and attempt to remedy the outstanding issues
