So... I contacted White Shark to do the following:
Clean out our eavestroughs, clean out windows-- inside, outside and screens. I got a quote for all of the above.
However when I returned home, my windows were still dirty (see picture). Upon emailing White Shark (derek@whiteshark.ca), I got no answer. After a month, I emailed back to understand why they did not clean my windows as requested (and quoted on). I got a phone call from Nadia (nadia@whiteshark.ca). She agreed that they did not do the inside of the windows. But that was not was requested. I sent the email with the original request and quote which indicates inside of window. "Oh, well, we missed that. But you didn't pay for it any way."
Umm... but my windows are still very dirty. There are spiderwebs inside my windows. That's really the main reason I wanted them cleaned thoroughly. I still can't see clearly through my windows. Isn't that the point of getting them cleaned?
"Well, we get all sorts of different requests. We can come back and clean them. For another $100."
????
No discount, no apology. Just-- we didn't do it and that's that.
They have no problem sending me constant emails reminding me to pay my $300 invoice.
I will probably do the right thing and pay up although I feel really ripped off-- my windows are not clean!! I also find it odd that at no point while they were removing the screens to clean them, they didn't think-- hey-- shouldn't we at least ask if they want the inside of the windows cleaned??? Would have been a upsell opportunity at the very least.
Very disappointed and will never recommend White Shark. Absolute crap service.
