Dealt with weed-a-way on the gaden topsoil - ordered 3 bags, had a minor issue which I cannot say was from the product, user error or coincidence.
I contacted Weedaway and received a call back within 24 hours from customer service as well as from Kevin 48 hours later to ensure that everything had been resolved and to make an appointment with me to check it out in person.
He came by checked it out this morning and has offered advice on how best to fix my lawn by myself (it had been badly neglected by the previous owners for several years so wasn't in great shape to begin with) as well as assistance in resolving it if I'm not able to do it myself (Note: not an upsell - as I was told how to do it myself first)
Regarding some of the previous posts about Kevin being intimidating or staff being rude, I have not found this to be the case at all. Both with the person I spoke to on the phone and with Kevin, I have had nothing but satisfactory, friendly and professional conversations both on the phone and in person.
I have to respect a company where the owner not only takes a personal interest in issues (no matter how minor) but also in resolving them.
