I am extremely disappointed in the Weedman's customer service, product, and technicians.
Probably the most annoying aspect of their company is how much they call, and you can't call block their number because the call from all sorts of different numbers. They call morning, afternoon, and night when my babies are trying to sleep. We asked many times for them to stop calling but they continued to call. After months of daily phone calls they have finally stopped.
Their product doesn't seem to do too much and in fact they burnt our lawn with their fertilizer and 2 months later there are still burnt patches.
Their "application" process is a joke. They claim that their fertilizer spreads 5-6 ft, but that still doesn't justify a "technician" parking at the top off my driveway for 2 min, running down my front lawn once, my back lawn once, and then leaving an invoice for $55.00 in my mailbox.
I would never use the weedman services again even if they paid me.
I sure wish I would have read this forum before giving in to their harassment to use their services.
