Appalling customer service. After terminating services with this company, they came by my house and continued to do work on my property in the morning when noone was home and sent a bill for the services which I expressly terminated beforehand. They made excuses saying that even if you terminate services with one department it doesn't go through to the department that gets the orders. Read the fine print, even if you ask for only two treatments, they'll come by without permission and then bill you for continuing services that you did not ask for. Would never recommend to anyone. Completely dissatisfied.

I am sorry to hear of your disappointment with our service. If a customer chooses to discontinue their services with us they are provided the customer service line and email address to do so. Any department that may have contacted you does not have direct access to your account, "Read only" files. They will ask you to contact Customer Service for any inquires you might have including cancelling your services. Weed Man sells program services only to ensure the lawn is continuously maintained throughout the course of the season as partial programs only allow for only partial results. In a few cases with long standing customers we have applied spring services only to help with the selling of their home and then they would call us to cancel the remaining services and transfer it to their new property.
