We have used Weed Man for most of the time we have lived here - approximately 18 years. This year we are moving and we did not sign up for their service (which we do every year, taking advantage of their discount offer). To my surprise they came and performed the spring fertilizing leaving us with bill. This service was not order or authorized. The business of being a continuous service company is not ethical. I tried resolving the issue over the phone and the agent was to talk to her supervisor. She never got back to me. I receive another statement in the mail, and email Weed Man to get the charge reversed, to which I received a phone call saying the charge will not be reversed. Well guess what? I will never sign up for Weed Man service again. They have lost a long time customer. And I will blast their company all over the media and they will lose even more customers. Their marketing / legal department needs to rethink their "continuous service" strategy. They will have to sue me. I will not go down quietly.

I am very surprised to hear of your concern, being a Weed Man customer for so many years we have always continuously renewed our customers unless they have requested differently. If you could please provide me your home number or address so I can locate your account and investigate this concern so we can resolve this matter quickly.
