Weed Man

We are new customers to Weed Man and have been very pleasantly surprised so far. When I first called to inquire, a senior technician was sent to view our grass within 2 days. After about a 10 minute or so viewing of both the front and back yards, the technician proceeded to draw up a recommendation plan for us. I happened to be home so he took a lot of time with me & explained what he was recommending and why. He was able to answer all of my questions and was very honest and forthcoming about what types of improvement we could expect to see. Our grass is in really rough shape, but he didn't promise miracles, he described what type of improvement we could expect, within what timeframe and at what price. I told him one of the things I really hadn't liked in the past with other lawn services was the follow up hard sell phone call that always seemed to follow a treatment with new things we "needed" at an additional cost. He reassured me that a note could be made on our file that recommendations would only be made on the sheet they leave in the mailbox describing what service had been completed on that visit and no additional calls would be made except for the call advising a technician would be coming out to do a service.

After discussion with my husband, we decided to go ahead & give it a shot. The experience has been great. We received a call within a week, the technician showed up on the day he said, I was home & I saw him do all of the areas thoroughly, he ensured the gate was closed when he left and we haven't received any follow up sales calls! We have high hopes with Weed Man that our lawn may be green and weed free yet. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who doesn't have the time or knowledge to properly care for their lawn!
