Very reasonable prices and quality carpets. I was referred to this store by a friend who was very happy with their product and service. I was impressed with their flexibility (I was running a little late due to traffic to make it before store closing hours, I called the store and sales person stayed back beyond store closing hours for me!) . Pretty hard to get such service these days. I love my new carpet.

Most honest and patient customer-service I have encountered in my look search for the perfect area rugs :). After doing a lot of comparison shopping ( I am a very finicky shopper), I decided to buy the rugs for my family and dining room from Kaarma. I couldn't have been happier with the prices (I found comparable pieces to be 30 per cent more expensive in other rug stores) and their convenient trial service!!! I did at least two trials and took pieces to my house to see the actual look and the owner and staff were extremely accommodating, not pushy and helpful. I am so happy with the end result. Thank you, Kaarma!! I highly recommend the store!

Extremely dishonest place. The rugs are probably worth $300 but tagged at $3000. He dishonestly tells you that he has a refund policy on the items in the store, but he will NEVER honors it. He keeps repeating to the customer "if you don't like it, bring it back", trying to sell the rug when you are not sure. He has a very strangely worded store invoice all trying to mislead the customer on this issue. He sneakily puts 1 day in an "approval" line, which he tells you in the store is to charge your credit card after one day because he doesn't charge cards the same day, but when you return the item he tries to twist this around that into meaning you only had one day to return the item! Beware every sale is a final sale. He will never exchange the rug or return your money.
Save your money and shop elsewhere. That's my recommendation.

We purchased a shag rug from this company which beautifully complimented our new bedroom furniture (perfect for us, the 2 shops were in the same plaza 'home & design center' in Mississauga). This ended up being a one stop shop for us. Weavers Rug Gallery is now called Kaarma and they have such a beautiful selection. The staff helped us coordinate just the right rug with our new furniture. Would highly recommend for reasonable prices & selection!

Nice sellections and good quality rugs. Their prices are very reasonable and competable with others rug stores. I like their service because they are not push you to buy and the sales staff are very knowledgable. Allan is very helpfull and has a lots of knowledge on rugs.
