Ward Landscaping completed a back patio, retaining wall, and sodded our backyard. Mr. Brian Ward is extremely reliable and patient. The crew was courteous and the job was done well. The finished project is exactly what we wanted and they did an excellent job within a reasonable time frame. From start to finish we were very pleased with our dealings with Ward Landscaping. If you are looking for an honest and reliable company that does a good job I would highly recommend them.

Promises not kept, disrespectful crew, didn't listen to our requests or observations, Might be better if the homeowner were a man. foreman made us feel like everything we sails was a joke. Brian Ward said he'd be around much more than he was and he had a bad habit of telling us what we thought and that what we reported to himhadn't actually happened that way. the wall he built is collapsing and some of the plants are dead. the lawn is a disaster, they used clay soil you could make pots with and all the grass is dead.

Our landscaping includes a pond and waterfall, large two tiered tumble stone patio and rock gardens. This was a multi-year project and we continue to call on Brian Ward for our pond maintenace and spring clean up. His work is amazing and everything is so neat and tidy. I have recommended him to many friends and our son who recently bought a home. People in our neighbourhood have often stopped by to ask us who did the work.

Designing is the only plus I can give this company. Quality workmanship is not in the completed work. In 2006, I relied solely on this contractor as a professional to ensure that the construction of the deck was undertaken in a professional manner and met all of the requirements of the applicable codes and standards. Brian Ward of Ward Landscaping failed to complete the construction of the deck and its related systems in accordance with code compliance and contractual obligations, as such I retained the services of legal counsel to assist in resolving the matter; subsequently BSC was retained to do a review of the site, and they provided a written report of its findings.
