Voxcom

We had an alarm installed for are home and they were very professional and gave us 2 key pads and 2 motion detectors aswell as contacts for all are windows and doors. They came in and completed the work in 4 hours and all connections were clean and not visible where the contacts were. I have had voxcom in my previous home and was very pleased with the service and call centers. I would recomend voxcom to any who is interested in an alarm system. My monthly fees are $31 dollars a month with a 3 year contract.

We had Voxcom install an alarm system at my grandparents' home for security. Their pricing was competitive and the representatives were very patient & answered all questions. Since technology is NOT my grandparents' thing, they had some difficulty remembering the correct way to "arm" & "disarm" the system when leaving/returning home, which often times prompted a call from Voxcom to check in! Voxcom was always very fast to respond when the system would go off - almost immediate - and very understanding toward them. We felt that our grandparents were very safe & secure in their hands.

The home alarm installer (Danny) made an appointment with us, he was ontime, he was very polite, took off his shoes, did great work, was a pleasure to see great workmanship and care on a job. I would recommend Voxcom to any family memeber or friend. Good job guys !!!

We've been using them since our house was built six years ago. Thankfully, we've never had a serious incident, but all accidental alarms have triggered an immediate response from the company. They're very fast to respond and I plan on sticking with them for a very long time.

I signed a contract for 3 years. Installation and equipment was free. The service and the equipment worked fine for 3 years but i did have problems with my dog trigering the alarm a few times. Before my 3 year contract renout this company was baught out by another company.

Searched many different alarm companies and decided on going with Voxcom, very happy with my decision. They have been great, installation was very quick and the serviceman did a great job (he was also very friendly, enjoyable to talk too). The price is reasonable for the monitoring and we got 5 phone jacks for free from them.

The sales representative came down and offered us a great product. We were pleased with the pricing especially given that he was providing some upgrades to our current system. Pricing per 3 month period was below $30 including limited external monitoring and access to fire, police and ambulance. System also included smoke detection and other systems set up in home. Since we already had a system in place, they provided more flexible prices for the 3 year contract. We have called them three times to modify codes, clock time, and setup and they were attentive and often willing to run through the process with us patiently. We would highly recommend, especially given the reasonable price.

We have a Voxcom home system. There have been a couple hiccups, such as a hardware malfunction, but overall have been pleased with them.

I called a few places and chose Voxcom based on services offered, company size, and responsiveness to alarms. Not the cheapest, but we feel their prices are fair. All of the companies I contacted had a three-year contract term, so it seems to be standard in the industry, as do automatic renewals, and penalties for terminating service prior to the end of the contract term.

Charge comes in at over $30 per month after tax. Had to sign a three year agreement even though I inherited the alarm along with the house. They charge extra for a technician to visit if there are problems with the alarm and also charge for any parts needed. They automatically rollover the contract if you forget to cancel and you then have to then pay for another whole year of monitoring. Not impressed.

so far we've had a great experience with this comany it was only $26/month for a new installation. If the system had already been set up it would have been $20 for the monitoring. They also hooked up 5 phone jacks for free as a bonus.
