Very helpful, came out promptly and did the work on the spot, changing several locks, gave excellent advice steering us away from the more expensive options that we didn't need.

I contacted Victory Locks early Saturday morning after closing on my new house the day before. I wanted to the locks changed to deadbolts and to add locks to two patio doors. I received a estimate from Tom and was able to book for the same after noon. Tom was friendly and has a great personality. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

Tom from Victory Locks was very helpful and professional. We have an old house with a very old front the door. Shortly after moving in we realized that the front door key didn't work very well. It's an old mortise lock. We thought we would have to replace the whole thing. Turns out some of the pins were broken. Tom quickly fixed the mechanism and cut a handful of keys for us. He has a machine in his truck to cut keys on site. The lock works perfectly now. I can't believe how smoothly the key works. If I had known how easy it was to fix this kind of problem, I wouldn't have struggled with so many door locks in the past! Tom is very friendly and he was great with our two little ones. He showed them what he was doing and gave them each a "special" key.

Tom was very quick to drop by and change our locks a few days after my husband and I moved into our new home in August 2010. Fantastic job with no hiccups. Would definitely recommend!

Tom did a great job rekeying our locks. He was prompt, polite and courteous. He fixed broken locks we had in our new home and ensured other ones were working.

We used Victory Locks for our new home. We asked Tom to come the day of our move and he made moving day a breeze, well, relatively speaking. Even though the movers were constantly walking in and out of the house, he was friendly and easy to work with. We would use his services again.

He came over, gave me the quote (which I was extremely satisfied with) and was in/out within an hour (changing 3 locks and cutting 7 keys for me). Tom came by to install a deadbolt on our kitchen side-door on August 31, 2011. Nice guy and funny. He talked about his passion for Lacrosse, and he seemed to enjoy teaching about how to install the lock properly. He made us 5 key copies too. He does quality work.
