Tom installed new locks in our home. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. He was also punctual and called the day before the appointment to let me know that an earlier time had opened up and ask if I was interested. He explained what he was doing, and why, as he installed each lock at our home. (Some of the locks needed special adjustment to fit our doors.)
We would gladly recommend him to anyone who needs an honest and professional locksmith.
