Excellent, prompt and friendly service! Tom was helpful in recommending alternate solutions for me when we discovered the lock on my newly purchased front door was broken. He also provided options on how to secure a second floor sliding glass door to protect my young children. He even accommodated my request to do the job on a Sunday afternoon.
