The best customer service ever!!! I took my broken Hunter Douglas blind in for repair. They quoted me $90 and two or three working days for repair. The very next day they called to say it was ready for pick up and the repair was only $60. The honesty and repair are second to none and going forward all my friends and family will be using them for any window covering needs. Again thank you for your service and honesty. You rock.

The repair was cheap, the metal hook attached to the tilting mechanism worked 1 day, I cannot close my blinds.
Hoping they will come back to fix it!

I was assured the blinds installed would block out the light during the day. Although the installation was good, the light did leak through. This was probably the design problem. But if i knew earlier would have been better.

Priced out modern looking roller blinds from four different suppliers before buying with Venetian. Venetian's service was first class, they did the measuring and installation and when one blind wasn't quite the right size, they replaced it with no hesitation. Would highly reccomend using Venetian as the first and last stop.
