with hardwood floors I explained my situation and they sold me grade which was perfect for my needs
they didn't try to sell me the most expensive stuff - they told me why it will be waste of money for me and repairs in long term.
because of that i recommend them to my friends
went back to buy carpet for my cottage
highly recomended
