After our water heater crapped out, we reached out to our propane provider to see what they could offer on a hot water heater. A friend suggested that I reach out to Ultra Built-In as they had a very positive experience with their team. I had Kevin come out to our property and he did a quick site visit to see what was required for installation, and the next day we had the install team ready to go. They were very professional and courteous and had left our space clean without any debris. It took a few hours for them to put in our tankless heater and i couldn't be happier. They explained the features of the heater, and set it up without much confusion.
The price was easy to accept as it was MUCH cheaper than what was offered by our natural gas provider. I will continue the chain of recommendation and would suggest Eric and his team at an instant.

Eric and his team are the best in the area ! We had our air conditioning poorly installed by another company which was a real hack job of reusing old materials and patch panels. System failed in 4 years as a result.
Eric came and installed a new coil with the proper case , NO old materials or patch panels. He worked above and beyond with the manufacturer to get as much covered under warranty.
We now have the clean and professional
installation that we originally wanted.

My a/c failed during the recent heat wave. I contacted 2 companies for estimates. A big company and Ultra. I decided to change out the equally old furnace at the same time. The big company's quote was all over the place, starting very high, dropping when I didn't sign up right away and then going back up when their salesman told me that I needed extras (which I didn't). Eric from Ultra was the exact opposite. Very friendly and straight forward. He gave me a price that was $3000 less than the big company for the same equipment. It was installed in 1 day. His installers did a great job. They took out the old equipment, installed the new system and cleaned up after they were done. They tested it and showed me how it worked. I did not have a heat pump before so this was all new to me. It looks great and works well. Thank you for a pleasant and stress free purchase.

We called Ultra Built-In Systems to assess and replace our furnace and AC. Eric was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He exudes trustworthiness. The crew that Eric sent was the phenomenal Kam and his team. They were very good. The installation and the interaction went without a snag. Eric had explained that the furnace vent which was a black ABS pipe had to be replaced with a PVC pipe as this was a safety requirement and part of the new code. Though I was concerned this would mean considerable damage to our ceiling and tried to retain the black pipe Eric insisted that it had to be changed. Kam and his team went to work and carried that out with minimal damage to the existing structure. The previous installers had taken a long route to the exterior. Kam worked out a direct route through the concrete. So they needed just one drilled hole which they, themselves, later covered. The only tiny bit that we queried was that on their website they advertised 10 years labour and parts warranty. We got the 10 years parts warranty but had to buy an additional 5 years to make up a 10 yr labour warranty. However, based on our experience I would recommend Ultra built-in Systems any day. Eric owns the company and is a lovely person to work with. He was very clear with providing us a best fit and cost effective solution. The crew cleaned up before they left. Kam also gave us a bunch of good tips.
