Never book with a company that the clock ticks on everything they do and you pay for it.

The minimum booking was 4 hours and the estimated time was between 4-5 hours.It took just about an hour to load and unload but we were charged 4 hours for travel times and down times as shown above.
When i complained about the amount i was charged i was told that by that evening i will have someone get back to me and i should get around 1 hour of credit back.
After 1 week post move,5 phone calls,3 emails i was given a 15 minute credit..all of 30.00..If only i could charge them for my wasted time.
Not everything in life goes as planned but surely i should have the right to at least speak to someone by phone to resolve my issues.
As a person who has his own small business this was handled extremely poorly.
To me what defines a good or great company is how they handle issues that come up..you either leave with a good opinion of the company if the issue was handled promptly and with respect or a bad taste that results in negative referrals.
I've moved many many times before and will never ever move with a company whereby the cost is open ended..
The actual move was effecient,the front desk staff were excellent but their time management and customer service is a complete Fail.
