I'm shocked at the reviews from other locations as the London location of 2 Men and a Truck is run incredibly well. Maybe the other locations should take some lessons from them regarding customer service?
From first contact the crew has been nothing short of fantastic to work with. Professional. helpful, prompt. There was an unforseen glitch when the other elevator in my building had broken down and they had to take my elevator off service, after a partial move. The movers were professional and immediately took the time to work with me to come up with a solution that wouldn't drive my bill up any more than it had to be.
2 Men and a Truck came to me highly recommended and I completely understand why. I will definitely be letting everyone know about how they made a ridiculous and stressful situation into a positive one.
