Absolute PATHETIC Level of service. I booked my delivery 3 days in advance for Thursday and I find out Wednesday evening that due to UNFORTUNATE circumstances, my delivery wasn't booked and it'll not be delivered till Tuesday of the following week. I asked them for Friday delivery-but no we are booked! Maybe open your eyes and accommodate those who are in an issue first. However, it seems like problem customers fall to the end of the queue. WOW!
I had my plumbers booked and now I've lost them for 2 weeks. MAYBE THE OWNER AND WHOEVER THE MANAGER IS NEEDS TO WAKE UP AND CALL A CUSTOMER IN ADVANCE TO NOTIFY THEM OF THEIR UNFORTUNATE CIRCUMSTANCES SO THAT THE FINAL CUSTOMER CAN MAKE ALTERNATIVE ARRANGEMENTS IN TIME.
FINAL VERDICT: AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!
