We used these guys to move from our current house to a storage unit and then storage to our new unit a few weeks later. They were incredibly helpful and thorough from the moment we were quoted to the day the moves happened.

The movers showed on time but were delaying in moving stuff to get more hours of payment. Have to get with them myself to get them moving a little more. Not recommended at all, not reliable ones.

We were very Satisfied with the 2 gentlemen, they were very polite and oh boy very professional all the best to them and everyone at TouchWood Movers stay blessed smooth running.

All the furniture pieces (including mirrors, paintings, lamps, etc.) were delivered in perfect condition and mounted in their assigned places. I highly recommend TouchWood Movers for your next move, including long distance ones.

We had a mixed experience with this company:

Negatives:
-Movers were 2 hours late; they explained that their previous job had gone overtime.
- A bit slow. The move took twice as long as we were quoted but we were later refunded for 2 of the total hours they billed us for after we inquired about it.
- Broke a piece of glass from a bar tray and forgot to clean it up; some other pieces of furniture got a bit scratched and dented.
- Near the end of the move they could not fit our sofa up the stairs because it was too long. We were asked to pay $100 for them to take the sofa elsewhere, but the money was refunded the next day when I inquired about it.
- Misplaced two vintage rugs.
- Neighbours complained about their being a bit loud.

Positives:
- Movers were friendly and stayed out of our way; they were also considerate of our two cats and followed our instructions regarding not opening the door to their room so they wouldn't escape.
- They were polite and asked for permission in regards to using any of our facilities.
- They wrapped most of our large furniture with shrink wrap to protect them from getting damaged.
- They asked for guidance regarding where to place our furniture and followed those instructions.
- Arrived quickly to our end destination, even with 35 minutes of driving time.
- Main mover kept up good communication throughout the day, either in person or through phone calls.

We hired TouchWood for a big move about an hour from our previous location.
They were professional, friendly, and very hard workers. We had no problems, and everything went as smoothly as possible.

The delivery location was 25 minutes away, and upon arrival, they took a moment to assess the best approach for moving the item inside. Their meticulous planning and careful handling were commendable. The entire process was seamless, efficient, and most importantly, the item was transported safely.
