Warranty not worth the paper its printed on
Tops did our roof about 9 years ago, and at the time we were satisfied with the job that they did. Recently we have been experiencing a leak in the ceiling in one of our rooms that has the chimney in it. Since they have a 10 year warranty on their work I called and was told they would get back to me about someone coming to take a look at the roof to see what the problem is. That was weeks ago and I haven't hear a word from them since, despite my calling and leaving messages several more times.

Your roof was most likely over 10 years old & out of warranty. We would have quoted you a standard service fee to come out and inspect. We do not ignore calls or messages & we have someone in the office every day from 8.30 - 4.30. During business hours as well as after hours, I can always be reached personally.
