We bought windows from Thermo-bilt a few years ago. Sales, installation and customer service at the time were all AWESOME!!!! We are now having serious issues with moisture in between the glass. Customer service in the last couple of years has deteriorated! They no longer provide even reasonable customer service. Phone calls and emails go unanswered. When you're spending thousands of dollars you expect that a company will live up to its warranties. Do not purchase from Thermo-Bilt unless you want to replace your windows twice, at your cost!
