The Window & Door Specialist

I am retired so I have to be very careful with money. So when my bay window was broken by a baseball ball. I look for a company that can repair the window, I could not find a company that gave me a fair price until The Window & Door Specialist came and took the job. They replace the window for the price that other company wanted just for the center glass. The following year I hired them to replace my bedroom window then last year I hired them to replace the basement windows. They did an excellent work. They were on time and clean, I trust this company; they stand behind their product and service. This year as of September 23 they will be replacing all my old windows from my house. I was pleasantly surprise that the windows they will be installing have a manufacture warranty labor and materials for a LIFE TIME.

In 2009 we replaced just about all of the windows in our home. We got multiple quotes from several window & door companies and happily settled on The Window & Door Specialist Ltd. We worked with Louis who was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and gave us the best pricing. The company installed the Windows on time as promised but more importantly did an excellent job installing, capping, and cleaning up after the installation.

Our new windows completely changed the look and feel of our home. The quality and look of their product was outstanding. They definitely exceeded our expectations but equally as important the new windows decrease our energy bill by at least 40%.

We recently moved and quickly realized we missed our windows in our old home. I know it sounds a bit hokey but it’s true… Today we got another quote from Louis and we will be ordering new windows & doors for our new home exclusively from The Window & Door Specialist Ltd.

My friends recommended this company but I had also checked out others. I chose this company because Louis was very pleasant and gave me an estimate way lower than the others. He explained everthing that I needed to know and also answered my questions satisfactorily. Although I waited a little longer to get my door than was promised, the installers made up for it by being prompt and did an excellent job of installing and cleaning up. They even managed to re-connect my alarm. My door was installed in Nov so I am just now enjoying it and am not disappointed.

Windows look fantastic, installers did a great job, company accommodated my schedule, began and completed work as planned and on time. Did have incorrect glass arrive on front door sidelights, but they took care of and corrected matter within 3 weeks of install. Highly recommended.

We have installed windows in our home using Windows and Doors to replace some aging and leaking windows. We were so pleased with the first installation that we decided to change some more for a total of about 20 windows. The vinyl windows are of very good quality, look nice and are smooth to operate. The sales staff and installation crew were very friendly, answered all of our questions and were very efficient and careful during installation.
