worst experience ever at the bay i actually had a worker there tell me that she doesnt have time for me right now that i should just get whatever i can find and leave. i love the bay so i recomend the metrotown location!!

I recently purchased the rival crock pot as a wedding gift for a clsoe family friend. The crock pot definitely caters to my busy work-life schedule and allows me to have a nutritional and yet tasty meal waiting for me at home after a long day's work. ALtho i'd recommend anyone who purchases a crock pot that they make sure to get one big enough in case of large group gatherings / party events.

Went looking for a mini fridge for my rec room. Decided to check out The Bay. Found exactly what I needed, however, I found it impossible to find anyone to help me. I searched the whole floor and couldnt really find and sales people. Took me a few minutes, and eventually found someone. Bought the fridge, took it home, been great ever since.

Service guy was great! Very helpful, phoned when freezer was in. Awesome! Freezer was brought out to the car and they helped load it in. Freezer has been great and we really are glad we bought it at the bay.

The delivery was terrible! The first delivery appointment I made was cancelled by them because the bed was out of stock. The second delivery time, they only brought the box-spring. It took another month before they decided the mattress wouldn't be coming in, so I had to go to the store and select a different mattress altogether (while the box spring sat in my laundry room all this time). Plus, the gift card customer service promised me never came!

The quality was excellent and they offered a buy now pay one year date at no interest.

Excellent customer service with knowledgeable staff. Good to explain features of product and make sure customer is happy with product. Great selection of furniture at reasonable prices.
