Our 11 year old fridge suddenly stopped cooling on a Sunday and with a freezer full of food we were looking a a huge waste of money. We called Joe The Appliance Guy and although it went to voicemail, we left a message as instructed and heard back from one of his trusted contractors within an hour. Danny was able to help us the next afternoon, and because he had asked us for the make and model of fridge, he showed up with all the right parts. Danny was able to identify and repair the problem in half an hour, as well as clearly explain the cause (non-authorized repair by the previous home owners), showed us the burnt out part as he removed it and took a brand new one out of the package in front of us. He did some quick research to verify that it would solve the issue before installing and charging us for it. Once it was installed, he told us what to look out for to make sure it’s functioning properly and even followed up with a phone call the next day to mark sure everything was okay.
Truly happy to have had Danny out to help us as a rep for Joe the Appliance Guy. I guess this is what it used to be like for generations past, who’s service people took pride in their work and building relationships with their customers.
