Our fridge stopped cooling Saturday night. On Sunday morning I called 7 HomeStars Fridge repair places (all 95% rating or higher.) Joe was the ONLY one to phone me back on Sunday. We trouble shot it all day, but by Monday it was clear it needed to be fixed professionally. The work was done quickly and professionally and the fridge immediately started cooling again. I will be using Joe for all my appliance needs in the future.

We have a 1890s home in Cabbagetown with probably the original sump pit and a decades old worn out pump. Umbrella filled the 5 foot deep pit with gravel. Put in a proper sealed sump tank and new sump pump and topped it all in with concrete. This was done on a Saturday. And all extremely professionally. I cannot say how nice it is to deal with such true professionals from start to finish. Everyone extremely nice and courteous. Vlad, Bohdana and his workers were great. Cannot recommend them highly enough. They really know what they're doing.

Asked William back to do yet another project for us. This time a built in custom bookcase and wainscotting on the stairs. Very pleased with the results of both. Great attention to detail and problem solving along the way. The project took a little longer than expected when we discovered the crown mouldings we wanted to wrap around the top of the bookcase needed to be plaster and not wood in order to match the rest of our home. But otherwise a smooth reno with no surprises from start to finish.

After doing a complete bathroom renovation for us in the fall of 2013, we asked William back in the spring of 2014 to do some more work for us. William and his team removed some large '80s style pot lights in our hallways and replaced them with modern mini pot lights. We only needed 5 lights replaced and initially though we'd find a contractor specializing in pot lights. However, pot light specialists balked at the job, saying it wouldn't be worth their time to come out just to do 5 lights. Others said that they would install the new pot lights but that someone else would have to remove the old ones. While others said they only did the pot light install, not the drywalling around the lights. It was becoming a huge hassle to find someone who would do what we though was such a simple job. So we called William up and he said no problem. Did it all in about 3 days. Allowing time for the plaster to dry and sand properly. Came in on budget as always. Very pleased with the results.

William and his team did a complete main bathroom renovation. The existing bathroom was gutted down to the studs and plumbing fixtures. William then installed heated floors, a custom cabinet and a complicated drop in tub and shower with frameless glass partition. We were very pleased with the quality of all his work especially his tile subcontractor. As with any job there are always little details that have to be taken care of and William was great at checking back on thing until they were perfect. We continue to use William for other jobs in our home and he has become our go to guy when we need renovations done.
