Chris was absolutely incredible! He was very concerned about the overall quality and look of the project. He was even more concerned that we were about keeping the cost down when an unexpected problem came up (a really big buried stump!!) The 4 for timeliness was only given because it took a bit of time to actually get the written quote. However, with the work that he did here I am not surprised he was busy. Hire him!!! You will not regret it!
